CelcomDigi Berhad (“CelcomDigi”) strengthened its 5G position following the completion of Digital Nasional Berhad’s (“DNB”) RM5.2 billion financing exercise, the award of its long-term 5G spectrum allocation today, and progress towards the transfer of the Minister of Finance (Incorporated) (“MoF Inc.”) shareholding to the mobile network operator (“MNO”) shareholders.
